NQO Security Services is seeking a motivated, reliable and technically minded Control Room Operations & Technical Support Intern to join our Operations Team based in Shakashead, Ballito.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates seeking experiential learning or candidates currently studying towards a relevant qualification and looking to gain practical experience in the private security industry.
The successful candidate will assist with:
- Control Room operations
- CCTV and alarm monitoring
- Incident reporting and dispatch
- Technical and administrative support
- Customer service and communication
- Data capturing and operational reporting
Requirements
- Relevant qualification or currently studying towards one.
- Good computer literacy and IT skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the security industry.
- Reside in or around Ballito, Shakashead, Shakaskraal, Umhlali, Salt Rock, Tongaat or surrounding areas.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of CCTV, alarm monitoring or control room operations.
- Basic IT or networking knowledge.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, graphic design (e.g. Canva) or website administration will be an added advantage.
