Field Sales Representative (Full-Time)
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng (Travel Required)

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to join our growing wholesale business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment with unlimited earning potential.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to grow our customer base by identifying and securing new business while also building strong relationships with an existing portfolio of customers that will be assigned to you.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position involving regular travel to customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business.
- Visit existing customers regularly to maintain and grow sales.
- Present our product range professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback on customer visits and market activity.
- Work independently while managing your own daily schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience (field sales experience is advantageous).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
- Valid South African driver's licence.
- Own reliable vehicle (essential).
- Own laptop or tablet (essential).
Remuneration
- High commission structure with excellent earning potential.
- No basic salary.
- Business-related travel expenses are reimbursed weekly.
