Job overview
We are looking for a skilled senior copywriter with at least 10 years of marketing and advertising experience, with proven ability to conceptualise and produce engaging copy for through-the-line channels including, but not limited to ATL, BTL, DM, and Digital.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial writing and a keen understanding of the financial services industry. You should be adept at interpreting briefs, adhering to brand guidelines, and working both rapidly and accurately.
Key responsibilities

Copy production: As a key resource in the Creative Team, you will produce compelling, impactful copy across our brands and platforms.

Strategic alignment: You will conceptualise and produce strategically aligned copy, ensuring it adheres to brand guidelines and industry standards.

Visual collaboration: You will have an acute visual imagination and be able to conceptualise how the design team represents campaigns.

Cross-functional output: You will be adept at writing copy for a variety of channels and media, including direct marketing, social media, digital banners, websites, and display ads, Google Ads, sales scripts, and more.

Stakeholder engagement: You will work closely with the traffic team, the broader Creative Team, and senior stakeholders to ensure creative alignment with business goals.

Performance optimisation: You will be able to use insights from performance data to refine copy and improve future campaign results.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in copywriting, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

Proficient in MS Office 365, Google Docs, project management systems (Asana), Microsoft Teams, etc.

Exceptional writing, with a stand-out portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and execution across channels.

Strong digital skills.

Proofreading skills.

Familiarity with SEO is an advantage.
