Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimising, and maintaining our IT infrastructure across all branches. This includes hardware, software, network systems, and integrated solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT support, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to continuously improve our technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance.
- Network Administration: Manage network infrastructure across all branches, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity.
- System Optimization: Oversee and optimise Google Workspace, ERPNext, Quantive OKR, Eset antivirus, and other software solutions.
- Website Maintenance: Manage and update the company’s WordPress website as needed.
- Remote Systems Management: Administer the remote VPS running Windows with time and attendance software.
- IOT Integration: Research and implement IoT infrastructure integration with ERPNext and other systems.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to staff, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
- Security Management: Ensure all systems are secure, implementing best practices for cybersecurity.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant IT certifications (preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficient in network administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Google Workspace and ERPNext.
- Knowledge of WordPress, remote VPS management, and antivirus solutions.
- Familiarity with IoT infrastructure and its integration with ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
