Overview
We are seeking an experienced Muller Martini Perfect Binder Operator to join our ISO 9001and ISO 22000‑certified production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Müller Martini Perfect Binder
- Lead and coordinate team members across gatherer, binding, trimming, and gluing stations.
- Perform machine set‑ups, adjustments, and make‑ready for different formats and binding specifications.
- Monitor glue application and trimming accuracy to maintain product quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Experience in operating a Müller Martini Perfect Binder or similar perfect binder that encompasses gathering, binding, trimming and gluing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Leadership skills to manage a multi‑station team while running the machine.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team under tight deadlines.
