What You’ll Do
- Handle Inbound Queries: Respond to customer calls/ and upsale with high energy and a helpful attitude.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Listen to customer needs and recommend products/services that fit.
- Close the Deal: Guide customers through the purchasing process and overcome objections.
- Keep Records: Update our CRM system with accurate notes to ensure a great customer experience.
- Meet Goals: Work toward daily and monthly sales targets (and earn bonuses for exceeding them!).

Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, retail, or sales preferred (but we will train the right personality!).
- Communication: Fluent in English with a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle rejection with a smile.
