ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this role is to plan, organize and manage project scope and phases within the core parameters of the project mandate.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Project life cycle management
Project planning (internal systems and external communications) Project costings
System administration
KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own and implement project management principles for project
- Define and manage Project Scope
- Develop project plans, including schedule and budget
- Organize and allocate business resources across the teams as required by the project
- Communicate and provide reporting across both team and stakeholder levels on Project timings, milestones and deliverables
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project, analyse results and troubleshoot problem
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks and issues
- Understand inter dependencies between technology, operations and business
- Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop an environment of continuous improvement through best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships and mature these capabilities for the organisation.

- Quality & Satisfaction – ensure stakeholders are satisfied with
- Support all day-to-day aspects of the account management team
- Reporting & Documentation - prepare weekly/monthly status reports
- Participate in related departmental projects
- Foster a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the organization
- Internal/External Business communications - Internal communication with the regional operations and warehouse managers to retrieve clarity on stock movements and stock on hand when clarity is External communications between client and third party stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Project Management certification
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in an appropriate field of
- 2+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- 3+ years of experience with full product life-cycle with understanding of development life-cycle and various technology methodologies that support that life-cycle
- Experience in end to end delivery of small, medium & large scoped projects
- Experience in the implementation of project management methodologies
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Project management software skills would be beneficial
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot tables)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
