Job Title: Pub & Restaurant Manager**
**Location:** Franschhoek, Western Cape, South Africa

**About Us:**
We are opening a new Pub/Restaurant in the picturesque town of Franschhoek and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pub Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in pub management, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver exceptional service.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Staff Management:** Oversee and coordinate the staff including training, and scheduling. Ensure that staff adhere to the pub's policies and procedures.
- **Operations Management:** Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including managing stock control inventory, and maintaining equipment.
- **Customer Service:** Provide outstanding service to customers and address any complaints or issues promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons
- **Quality Control:** Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and beverage service.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in Pub/ Restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours during evenings and weekends.
- Have a friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people.
- Fluency in English
- Pos system experience
**Qualifications:**
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality management or related fields are preferred.
