Working Hours:

About Us:
Account Media are a London-based B2B demand generation specialist, who help global enterprise technology brands fuel their sales pipeline via content-led demand generation tactics. Our operations team are now recruiting for a data entry / campaign co-ordinator, to work on mastering our internal processes, and ensuring our marketing tech product delivers upon excellence.
This role is a crucial one that sits at the heart of our business and product line and will give someone inquisitive and curious with a natural get-up-and-go the opportunity to contribute hugely to our ongoing success.
What the job entails:
- You’ll be forefront of client campaign delivery – you’ll have a hugely important role in implementing the centre of our service, and high-level responsibility for the quality of what we do.
- Run a multitude of moving pieces that are there for you to put a proud stamp on them.
- You’ll be co-ordinating with campaign managers and internal teams in working to strict deadlines. This means you’ll have to take extra care of things like time zones, dates, and requests from all sides.
- You will be processing and analysing data points to ensure delivery from start to finish is pinpoint.
- Your ability to prioritise, communicate internally and externally are the essentials. Anything more is down to you.
What we are looking for:
- Someone with a burning desire to push forward, regardless of resistance or barriers. We don’t look for people who break down barriers but build the cranes to remove them.
- You like numbers, data, and working out how to get something from A to B.
- Microsoft Excel is your best friend – you will need to be a proficient user.
- The Account Media team all share one common and instrumental characteristic: see the job through, no matter what. We want you to share the same fundamental nature as us, it’s fun!
- Someone who thrives with spinning a lot of plates, and revels in new environments and immediate change.
- Someone inquisitive by nature and conscientious in temperament. You’re the one in the friendship group who asks lots of questions.
- Someone who can see beyond what’s in front of them and see the whole picture, take that picture, and break it down into its jigsaw parts.
- Somebody who wants to create a unique opportunity within a small scale up that is offering not just career ladder movements, but proper opportunity.
This role is varied day-to-day and can lead you in several directions. It won’t be boring and will add huge benefits to your catalogue of results and experience. What we can offer in return is the environment of a company and department that is vibrant, sociable, supportive, and hugely interested in the development of its team.
Note from our CEO: Our plan as a business is to employ more offshore in 2025 onwards. The first employee in SA will be important to us and offer growth opportunities to manage our team and be the “first boots on the ground”
The work will be on a remote basis all within Cape Town and surrounding areas for the team to be able to meet, train and learn from each other a few times a month.
