Dauntless Dynasty Marketing is looking for motivated Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our Cape Town team. This opportunity is ideal for recent matriculants or early-career candidates who are confident, people-focused, and eager to grow in a sales environment.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide full training, ongoing coaching, and the support needed to help you build a strong foundation in sales and client engagement.
Generate new business leads and engage with prospective clients
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers
Learn how to prepare and present effective sales proposals with guidance from senior team members
Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with team support
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand current campaigns, market trends, and client needs
Represent the Dauntless Dynasty Marketing brand in a professional and positive manner
Matric certificate (NQF Level 4)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in engaging with people from different backgrounds
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stay motivated and work well under pressure
Interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement
Openness to feedback and a commitment to personal growth
Previous exposure to customer service, promotions, or sales
An interest in building a long-term career in sales and marketing
