About the Role
SRG is a QSR franchise development company building out a drive-through site pipeline across Gauteng. We need a hands-on Site Scout to find, evaluate, and document property opportunities on the ground. This is a field-first, admin-heavy contract role with a direct path to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Field Work
- Drive target areas across Johannesburg and Tshwane identifying viable drive-through sites
- Assess visibility, traffic flow, access points, plot size, and proximity to anchor tenants
- Photograph and geo-tag all shortlisted properties
Research
- Obtain zoning from municipal records or on-site enquiry
- Research ownership via the Deeds Office or direct contact
- Establish asking price through agents, signage, or owner engagement
Owner and Agent Engagement
- Cold call owners, landlords, and agents on identified sites
- Communicate SRG's interest and gather preliminary deal terms
- Pass qualified leads to the development team with full detail
Administration
- Maintain site tracker using provided templates, updated daily
- Submit weekly progress report to the CDO every Friday
- Keep all files, photos, and correspondence in the shared drive
- Flag high-priority
Requirements
REQUIREMENTSOwn vehicle required. Reliable car and valid licence are non-negotiable.
3+ years sales experience required. Candidates without a sales track record will not be considered.
Laptop required. Candidates must have their own working laptop.
Real estate experience advantageous. Property, leasing, or land sales background is a strong plus.

Cash
R15,000 per month, paid bi-weekly (R7,500 every two weeks)
Petrol Card
R3,000 per month loaded to a company petrol card
Commission
Bonus payable per approved site that proceeds to transaction - amount confirmed at offer stage

Reporting
Weekly to Chief Development Officer | 24hr notice if benchmarks not met
Pay: R15 000,00 per month
