ProStaffSelect are in search of a professional, high-energy MIXOLOGIST & COCKTAIL SPECIALIST with exceptional communication and presentation skills to serve guests and manage the bar and ensuring the service of an exciting range of trend setting drinks
REQUIREMENTS:

A mixology qualification & professional certification is essential

WSET qualification or Bar & Beverage further studies a huge advantage

Exceptional knowledge & experience of mixology & cocktail preparation in similar luxury / high-end dining environment is vital;

Excellent knowledge of mixology, cocktail trends, bar operations and all premium brand beverages;

Ability to create a welcoming, high-energy and vibrant atmosphere for guests;

Strong planning and organizational skills and a natural leader;

Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment;

Highly proficient in POS software and MS Office;

Flexibility to work varied and long hours, including evenings and weekends;
