About This Role
We are hiring! The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple project phases, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate store openings, revamps, relocations, and upgrades
- Manage end-to-end project administration
- Oversee project budgets, costing, and dashboard updates
- Develop and manage project documentation, plans, and timelines
- Oversee and manage JIRA service requests and workflows
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive solutions
What You’ll Need:
- Matric essential (Project/Admin qualification advantageous)
- 5+ years’ experience in project administration (retail exposure preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools (Jira)
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail
