The Contact Centre Learnership provides unemployed youth with the opportunity to obtain a nationally recognised qualification while gaining valuable workplace experience within a professional contact centre environment. Learners will receive structured theoretical training and practical exposure, enabling them to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for a successful career in customer service or sales and the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

Be between 18 and 34 years old.

Be a South African citizen.

Reside in the Western Cape.

Be unemployed for at least 7 days before the final interview.

Not currently be studying or enrolled in another learnership.

Not have previously participated in a DEDAT or Collective X funded programme.

Not have had continuous employment exceeding 12 months immediately prior to applying.

Nationally recognised qualification upon successful completion of the learnership.

Practical workplace experience within a professional contact centre environment.
