We are in search of a young and creative CHEF TOURNANT / JUNIOR SOUS CHEF who shows true initiative and determination in pursuing his/her dream in the culinary arts. Our multi award winning head chef offers each brigade member the opportunity of rotating through the brigade to gain experience in ALL CULINARY DISCIPLINES. The production methods and culinary techniques used are very advanced and require a chef’s full attention and focus.
REQUIREMENTS:

Recognised 1 or 2 years FULL-TIME Cheffing Qualification.

Minimum 2-years' experience within a 5* hotel or leading fine dining team.

Ability to engineer and create individual courses as needed and run your own section

Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to HOST guests at the Manor House.
