Job Summary
As a TLC Senior Account Manager (SAM), within the global key accounts department, you will be directing day to day key client relationships. You will be working on specific pieces of business as well as helping to direct the Client Service team(s) in the local markets.
You are a strategic thinker as well as a doer. You need to know when to sit back and plan, as well as when to role your sleeves up and get stuck in.
Your leadership skills and ability to multi task within and across clients will begin to develop in this role. Managing the local team(s) of diverse individuals with different needs and qualities will be key to your success. To do this you will need to be involved in the way the team works, proactively looking for ways to help improve overall client service delivery and excellence.
You will have an eye for detail – you will take responsibility for ensuring that all work you are delivering is free from errors and produced to the highest standard. You will help ensure the team around you also delivers this level of attention to detail.
You will need to demonstrate you can add value to your client and input into their strategic needs and we will encourage you to own and develop particular pieces of business.
You will look to build relationships with key clients and across the world of TLC.
You will be financially savvy and in control in all matters relating to income generation and spend on your projects.
Key Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate:

3-4 years of agency experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
