- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level qualification
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, preferably in stockroom or receiving environments
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with basic proficiency
