**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for crushing and screening equipment.
2. Handle equipment trials, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and routine servicing needs.
3. Understand the structure, functions, and working principles of each equipment model; when necessary, undertake business travel assignments to guide and resolve customer issues on-site.
4. Enhance customer satisfaction through professional technical services, establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers, and collect market feedback information.
5. Deliver product-related operation and technical guidance to customers.
6. Maintain effective communication with upstream and downstream technical personnel, promptly report identified issues, propose feasible solutions, and improve the customer usage experience.
**Qualifications:**
1. college degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
2. Possess after-sales service experience in crushing and screening equipment; candidates with experience in the same industry are also acceptable.
3. Solid experience in mechanical maintenance with strong hands-on practical skills.
4. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems.
Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
