Kings Square Hardware Trading has an opportunity in the crown mines area available for a Store Manager position. To manage and execute all processes from ordering to dispatch, in order to ensure efficient customer service and satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Grade 12 / Matric;
2. Diploma in business management or related field;
3. 5 - 15 years working experience as a store manager;
4. Computer literate;
5. Own reliable transport;
6. Valid driver’s license;
7. Excellent personnel management and communication skills;
8. Time management and organisational skills;
9. Highly motivated and target driven;
10. Team player;
11. Manage and conduct store and staff meetings.
Advantageous:
1. Experience in the hardware and building material field;
2. Knowledgeable on industry compliance requirements;
3. in-depth knowledge on various store departments.
Jobs specification:
1. Responsibility of the entire store;
2. Ensure sufficient staff at all times;
3. Ensure staff training;
4. Manage staff attendance and work schedule;
5. Ensure upkeep of the store, safety, hygiene, cleanliness;
