- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate orientation for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, mediate workplace disputes, and handle disciplinary or grievance processes.
- Payroll & Benefits: Administer employee perks such as health insurance, pensions, and leave.
- Performance & Training: Organise performance review cycles and identify staff training needs.
- Compliance & Admin: Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure all HR procedures strictly comply with local labor legislation.
- CCMA: Maintain all HR procedures and documents with regards to CCMA cases as well as disiplinary action
Pay: R12 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
