Job Summary:
As a Call Center Sales Agent, you'll be the driving force behind our success. You'll connect with potential clients, build rapport, and introduce them to The Property Game Tribe (TPGT) - our cutting-edge platform offering over 30 courses by top industry experts in property investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in property investment training programs
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of TPGT and its comprehensive resources
- Use your sales skills to encourage potential clients to sign up for our services
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sign-up process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an outbound sales or call center environment is preferred
- Experience in property investment or financial services is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong sales skills including objection handling/blocking
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, outlook etc)
Advanced Advantages:
- Applicants who have worked for insurance companies will have an added advantage
- Applicants with experience in cold calling will have an added advantage
- Applicants who understand property investing will have an added advantage
- Applicants who have sold online programs or courses will have a massive advantage
Working Conditions:
