Property Fellas is a dynamic Commercial and Industrial property brokerage with a well known reputation in the local market.
We specialize in leasing, sales and lease renegotiations of offices, warehouses, factories and land. We deal with companies, corporates and listed funds on a day-to-day basis.
We are looking to hire a broker with existing experience in the commercial and industrial property industry. We have an excellent team of brokers with a a very strong coverage of Gauteng but we have one or two gaps that we urgently need to fill.
We are looking for a confident candidate that is ambitious and determined with a bit of attitude. We are looking for someone that wants to take their earning ability to the next level. We are looking to hire a candidate that is able to handle themselves in a boardroom environment facing a CEO or a FD of a large company, and in a high pressure situation.
We offer training to our new employees, but in this industry we warn you that it can take a couple of months to get going before you start earning, and therefore we are only interested in hiring someone who is able to go without an income for the first few months. Each candidate must have their own transport, cellphone and laptop.
No basic salary is offered, but we offer a very competitive earning structure - and one that is far more attractive than our competitors! This position is commission only.
