Job Purpose
Provide analytical and operational HR support, including reporting, payroll administration, and employee engagement initiatives. The role focuses on delivering data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve workforce performance.
Requirements
- Matric (required); HR diploma/degree advantageous
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR analytics/reporting (call centre environment preferred)
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, data analysis) is mandatory
- Knowledge of labour legislation, IR processes and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and report on HR metrics (headcount, attrition, absenteeism, payroll, performance)
- Prepare accurate monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Analyse employee exits, performance and payroll data, identifying trends and risks
- Manage cash incentive payments and payroll inputs (overtime, incentives, commission) with supporting documentation
- Support IR processes
- Recruit suitable candidates for vacancies.
- Drive employee engagement and reward & recognition initiatives
- Manage HR communications and employee records
- Ensure compliance with policies and labour legislation
