EDUCATION
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric(Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING COURSES
- Basic PC literacy(advantage)
- Communication course(advantage)
- Training in handling complaints, conflict and criticism(advantage)
DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in Tea Lady/Cleaning duties(18-24 months) an added advantage.
- Customer service(dealing with both internal and external clients)
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
