A Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, customization, and implementation of scalable solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform. The role involves collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring system performance, maintainability, and alignment with best practices.
Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced customisations using X++ and C#.

Lead integrations using Dual Write, Logic Apps, APIs.

Manage full ALM cycles via LCS and Azure DevOps.

Optimise performance and oversee production support.

Mentor junior developers and review technical designs.
Qualifications:

Matric and a Bachelor's degree in IT

Microsoft D365 FO Developer certification preferred.
Skills:

5+ years D365 F&O development experience.

Deep expertise in X++, integrations, Data Entities, SSRS.

Strong knowledge of D365 architecture and modules.

Experience with CI/CD and environment management.
