We are seeking a dynamic Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the next phase of our global technology transformation. This is a unique opportunity to shape the Group’s technology strategy, drive innovation and position technology as a key enabler of sustainable business growth.

The Opportunity:
Reporting to Group Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and executing a global technology strategy aligned to the Group’s long-term business objectives.
Leading enterprise-wide digital transformation, ensuring technology delivers measurable commercial and operational value.
Driving innovation, including the adoption of cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence and emerging digital capabilities.
Optimising enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on maximising the value of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Strengthening technology governance, cybersecurity and enterprise resilience across the Group.
Building a high-performing global technology function that partners with the business to deliver strategic outcomes.
About You:
You are an accomplished technology executive with a proven track record of leading business transformation within complex multinational organisations. You combine strategic vision with commercial acumen and have successfully leveraged technology to improve organisational performance and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You Will Bring:
Significant executive leadership experience within global or multi-regional organisations.
Proven success leading enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and modern enterprise technologies.
The ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead diverse, multicultural teams.
A passion for innovation and delivering technology-enabled business value.
