A family is looking for an Au Pair for their children
Area: Midstream
Children’s Ages: Boys - 2.5 years, Grade 3 (Twins) & Grade 6
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 12:00 - 17:30/18:00
School holiday hours: Same/similar to above
Duties: Collect toddler from preschool, assist with schoolwork and homework, prepare healthy snacks and lunch for the children, support the afternoon and after-school routines, encourage learning, independence and consistent daily routines, prepare the family's evening meal for cooking later (meal prep, not cooking), prep and do extra mural activities/art/fun lessons, complete weekly grocery shopping when required, assist with general au pair duties to support a busy family.
Special Requirements: Female, maternal and mature, Christian, able to fit into a family’s routines and schedule, able to confidently manage multiple children and maintain routines
School: Homeschooled
Start Date and contract term: ASAP – permanent
Salary: R10 500 per month (Gross, before deductions) + SARS Rates per km
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**** Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal childcare experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
****Must have their own, reliable car and at least 12 months driving experience.
****Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
****Must have a clear criminal record
****Must have a passion for children
****Must have Matric
****Must have a South African ID document.
