Key Attributes / Skills:
- Experience in four or five-star international properties; African experience is advantageous.
- Strong leadership; hands-on, supporting the team on the floor.
- Creative and passionate about cooking, with excellent banqueting and à la carte skills.
- Proven ability to train and mentor a large multicultural team.
- Skilled in managing operational challenges and logistical complexities.
- High-profile role requiring guest interaction; excellent communication in English is essential.
