Training Facilitator/ Assessor- Plant Production
Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)

Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Training Facilitator & Assessor to deliver the theory component of a Plant Production NQF level 1 Learnership. The successful candidate will facilitate training, conduct assessments, support learners with portfolios of evidence, and ensure all related administrative requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Science or Plant Production Diploma (NQF Level 6 or equivalent)
- Registered AgriSETA Assessor
- Proven facilitation and assessment experience
- Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Fluency in English and African language
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all modules for the Plant Production Learnership
- Prepare and manage the learning environment
- Conduct and evaluate assessments
- Support learners with POEs and documentation
- Maintain training schedules, records, and reports
- Manage classroom delivery and learner engagement
- Compile course evaluations and reports
Pay: R15 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
