· Assist in scheduling and hosting events and tournaments

· Offer guidance and support during game onboarding processes for new players
· Operate booking system
· Provide in-game support and troubleshooting for technical issues
· Provide personalized game recommendations based on player preferences
· Respond to player inquiries
· Sell merchandise and refreshments to customers
· Track, analyze and interpret player engagement metrics and report findings
· Update and manage game knowledge-base, gaming trends, mechanics and FAQs
Pay: R70,00 - R100,00 per hour
