Purpose
Administration of PMB and CDL treatment plan authorisations. Preparation, referral and finalisation of PMB applications for members in and out of hospital.
Responsibilities
· Approval of referred PMB applications.
· Management of PMB referrals and supervisor escalation inbox.
· Daily stats report
· Provide Efficient Quality Service
· Ensure that all PMB applications prepared and/or loaded correctly according to benefit options and scheme rules
· Support manager/team leader and other managers in tasks and initiatives beneficial to the sections and the Scheme.
· Operational Efficiency: Optimal use of systems
Requirements
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience PMB Administration in a Medical Scheme or Managed Health Care Organisation
· Grade 12
· Enrolled Nurse
· Active SANC Membership
