Responsibilities
- Ensure the media centre is neat and organised at all times

Control the organisation and management of library books

Control stock levels of media centre resources and books

Control the use of library books by pupils

Ensure that library books are covered and kept in good condition, including the repair of books

Ensure the safe storage and usage of media centre computers

Control the use of media centre computers by pupils

Resource and budget for media centre purchases
-
Assist students with finding resources, and the appropriate use of library books

Promotes the use of the school media centre and library

Work in conjunction with school leadership and language departments to promote reading

Assists with management and covering of school textbooks.

Qualifications: Minimum requirement is a grade 12
Experience: Working in a media centre/library as well as experience in a school environment
