Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry, including hotel managers, procurement teams, and owners.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively seeking new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our amenities.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide strategic input.
Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with customer contacts at all levels. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus Proactive mindset, ability to think strategically, identify and capitalize on opportunities. Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills. Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills required. Strong ability to multi-task and be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of the hotel industry and its procurement processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel within Gauteng to meet clients.
