Role Description
This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern at HMP Engineering Solutions located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on-site.
Requirements
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
- Personnel Management expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
