ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Hybrid Call Center / Introducing Broker Consultant to contact potential clients, introduce them to our services, and drive client engagement and sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone
- Professionally introduce clients to Dynamic Assets Partners and our property services
- Assist with lead generation and continuous client engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work towards and achieve agreed monthly targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to engage, persuade and close potential clients
- Fluent in English plus 3 other South African official languages
- Sales and/or customer service experience will be an advantage
- Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Must have access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection
