Role Description:
- You will have solid working experience overseeing the development and implementation of various promotional strategies, such as contests, giveaways, coupons, discounts, sponsorships, events, and media partnerships.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Co-ordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality marketing deliverables
- Provide coordination and administrative support to team and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Manage the budget, timeline, and resources for each campaign, and monitor and evaluate the results and feedback.
- You also need to be able to measure and report on the effectiveness and return on investment of each promotion, using tools such as surveys, web analytics, and sales data.
- Market research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities and develop marketing strategies. Gather customer insights, conduct competitor analysis, and provide recommendations for product positioning and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 4-5 years+ of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG or servicing retail accounts in a media / ad agency
- Creative, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attentive to details and able to work independently under pressure
