The Driver Training Responsibility
Clearly understand and use the skills available to properly access the customer vehicles using the following criteria:
Traffic regulations.
Correct use of transmission - transmission control.
Use of side mirrors, and driver alertness.
Daily vehicle checking procedures.
Guide the customer’s driver with proper overall driving technique.
Obey the rules of the road, all traffic fines will be routed to the offender.
Promote proper, and SAFETY FIRST driving habits.

Adding Value to the Customer Care Value Chain
Promote the vehicle brand to all that you meet.
Promote the company FAW SA as reliable and durable.
Assist with technical issues which are related to truck tractor hooking and off-hooking.
Customer Care
Ensure high levels of communication and feedback to the workshop foreman ensuring the customer is relayed relevant and concise information.
Ensure that the type of feedback to the workshop foreman is relevant and correct.
Continue to promote the company as a trustworthy and reliable brand.
Pursue the philosophy of 'customer is king'.
Minimum Requirements: Personal Attributes:
Matric
Communication skills
Code 14 License and PDP
Minimum 5years’ experience in similar role.
Read, Write and speak English.
Know how to use GPS (EX, Google, Maps/Wase)
Between 5 - 7 Years
