Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Systems & Online Administrator for a luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a reservations department for multiple properties and be well-organized to provide the necessary support regarding reservation and system administration for a hospitality group.
Scope & General Purpose:

Manage daily administrative tasks related to the reservations system.

Load all contracted rates received from sales.

Manage all booking portals, including API connections and OTA platforms.

Create and manage allocations.
-
Identify peak and low periods and take appropriate action to maximize revenues and occupancies.

Assist the Reservations Manager with inventory management.

Generate systems reports weekly and ad hoc as required.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a systems administrator or similar position
-
Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
-
Proficiency in English
-
Well-organized with good time management
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A team player with a high level of dedication

Ability to work well and accurately under pressure
System Knowledge:
-
NebulaCRS, Nebula Call Centre, OPERA, OPERA Cloud & eRES
Minimum Experience & Requirements:

3-5 years’ experience in a tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for multiple properties

Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills

Solid interpersonal skills

Valid RSA ID

Dynamic, self-starter, problem-solving abilities, team player, flexible, and presentable appearance
System Requirements:

Microsoft Office, especially with good Excel skills

Knowledge of eRES, Nebula, Opera & Apex (beneficial)
Salary:
The package includes a mandatory 5% deduction toward the company’s provident fund. Medical aid is available as part of the CTC package. The remuneration will be discussed at the interviews or upon individual requests.
