The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing security operations within a designated geographic area, ensuring the effective implementation of security protocols, adherence to regulatory standards, and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Role includes assisting in the co-ordination, organisation, and execution of various tasks related to security services. Work will directly contribute to maintaining a secure environment for clients, communicating with clients and the community within the Company’s footprint and protecting their assets.
As a Security and Operations Area Manager in the security industry, you will be responsible for ensuring that all security operations within your designated area adhere to the terms outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) between our company and our clients. The SLA serves as a contractual agreement that defines the scope of services, performance expectations, and responsibilities of both parties involved.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least 5 years proven experience in security management, specifically in a leadership role.
Minimum of 5 years investigation experience (advantageous).
Proficiency in office management software (MS Office Suite, Google, etc.) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
KNOWLEDGE & CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Grade A and valid PSIRA registration
Firearm Competencies for Business Purposes for all required firearms
Valid Driver’s Licence and ability to drive a light motor vehicle.
Must be fluent in English
Tertiary qualification or equivalent (at least 5 years’ experience).
