SITA Durban Airport is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our South Africa Graduate Program within the SITA Global Services function, initially for a 12 month period, with the potential for a permanent role.
Your main tasks will involve supporting technical service initiatives, providing assistance under supervision of the Customer Success Manager, and ensuring smooth technical service support to SITA airline customers. Ensure SLA with the shortest restoral times possible when supporting clients.

Carry out incident management to internal or external customers in ensuring timely replenishment.

Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices to deliver quality service and infrastructure operations.

To provide the highest level of Service Operation availability ensuring Systems and Products are properly configured and maintained.

Use the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the installation, intervention, and repairs.

Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be resolved.

Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance of equipment and monitoring of systems and services in accordance with agreed schedules and customer expectations.

To provide onsite support to Users during the cutover of the services.

Qualifications:
WHO YOU ARE

6 months-2 years of experience in IT support (Desktop, PCs, Printers and Network Devices).

Should have a working knowledge of Windows10.

Basic knowledge in networking.

Customer Service, pro-activeness and ownership attitude, and sense of service to support customers and own their issues until resolution to their satisfaction.

Ability and motivation to work in a team.

Installation and configuration of end-user applications and software.

Ability to build relationships with peers and management levels both with clients and the company management.
