Situated within a very busy part of town, this vibey bistro style restaurant & cocktail bar has become a firm favourite among locals and visitors alike. With seating for only 120 the restaurant and terrace are always full with queues outiside waiting to be seated.
ProSteffSelect are in search of another ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to join this busy team and to support, motivate, manage and control service.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience wihtin a high-volume eatery / restaurant & bar is essential
Excellent communicaation skills (both written & verbal) in English is required
Strong and confident personality trait with excellent people skills
Stable and calm individual who is able to solve problems if / when they arise
Excellent knowedlge of beverage stock controls and the ability to manage a large team of barmen and waiters
Highly proficient in Point of Sale Systems, Revenue Controls, Managing Finances of the business etc
