We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised SAP Data Coordinator in Cape Town or Johannesburg for a international company to manage, maintain, and coordinate data within the SAP environment. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various SAP modules while supporting business operations and reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with internal departments to ensure accurate capturing, updating, and validation of critical business data.
NB - 24 Month Contract Position
Key Responsibilities
* Capture, maintain, and update master data within SAP systems.
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across all SAP modules.
* Monitor and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
* Coordinate data imports, exports, and migrations where required.
* Generate and distribute reports from SAP for management and operational teams.
* Work closely with finance, procurement, logistics, HR, and operations departments to ensure correct data processing.
* Maintain proper documentation of data processes and procedures.
* Assist with SAP audits and compliance requirements.
* Support users with SAP data-related queries and troubleshooting.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and data governance standards.
* Participate in system testing and process improvement initiatives.
* Very strong excel knowledge
Minimum Requirements
* Grade 12 / Matric.
* Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field advantageous.
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience working with SAP systems.
* Strong knowledge of SAP master data processes.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience
* Experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, HR, or WM.
* Experience in data analysis and reporting.
* Exposure to ERP system implementations or migrations advantageous
Pay: R70 000,00 - R80 000,00 per month
