Summary of role:
Take responsibility for customer service, sales/business development, assisting with stock, ensuring delivery of parts that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the parts department.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales of all parts related to company trailers and other parts
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current company customers and prospective customers
Identify and recruit new customers
Assisting customers with queries and complaints
Prepare quotations for current and prospective customers
Follow up on quotations
Cost calculations of products on sale
Desired Experience & Qualification
Completed matric
Code 8 drivers license
Computer literacy in MS Office
Experience in Syspro or similar ERP systems (beneficial)
At least 2 years experience as Parts Sales Representative
Preferential counter sales experience with the trailer/truck industry
