Job description:
The position will be responsible for changes to transactional systems, workflow, and OMNI channel components to support PSG Short Term Administration optimally
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse requirements for transactional systems, workflow, and OMNI channel enhancements and new implementations
- Document requirements in Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and user stories, and obtain stakeholder approval
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements
- Act as the communication liaison between the transactional system vendor and business stakeholders
- Coordinate testing, sign-off, and deployment of changes throughout the software development lifecycle
Minimum requirements:
- Relevant BCom / BSc degree
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ work experience in similar role
- Experienced in concepts like software development lifecycles, sprint planning, agile methodologies etc.
- Experience in financial services (Short-term insurance)
- Good understanding of server infrastructure
