Installations Administrator
Fidelity Cash Solutions – CashMaster, Waltloo
Reporting to: Logistics Manager, CashMaster
The above position is vacant at CashMaster in Waltloo, reporting to the Logistics Manager: Operations
The purpose of the position is to arrange Site inspections prior to installation, arranging installations for direct clients as well as banking clients. Follow up on inspections, contractors and installations. Arranging of CIT last collections for installations to take place.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
-
Able to work effectively in a complicated environment with minimal management guidance/supervision
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive)
-
Receive notifications from Key Accounts regarding installations (Direct and Bank).
-
Arranging of Site Inspections.
-
Logging of Tracker Tickets for installations.
-
Requesting availability of devices with Dispatch Department
-
Arranging of Installations
-
Follow up on installations
-
7 Day follow up with client after installation

Upkeep of Installation Master List
-
Compiling of Report and filing of paperwork
