Advanced Excel is ESSENTIAL (Pivot tables, conditional formatting) for monitoring data from various sources, updating internal systems & verifying information.

Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with managing compliance with data protection legislation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with internal software systems.
- Understanding of data protection legislation and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture and input data from various platforms, including emails, verbal communications, and internal databases
- Monitor and verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming data.
- Update internal databases to reflect changes and maintain data integrity.
- Track key company information such as portfolio size, block movements, gained/lost business, and relevant client data.
- Monitor internal processes and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of associated tasks.
- Manage email and telephone communications to ensure tasks are completed as required.
- Work with Microsoft Excel and internal software systems to manage and process data.
- Highlight areas of concern to senior management promptly.
- Assist in setting up and improving company templates and processes.
- Compliance with observing the highest possible standards in relation to client and customer confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
