The role is responsible for identifying performance gaps, developing learning strategies, enabling leadership capability, and ensuring learning interventions contribute to operational excellence, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall business objectives. The L&D Business Partner is recognized as a trusted strategic advisor who proactively identifies capability gaps, influences business leaders, and delivers measurable learning solutions that improve operational performance, employee growth, customer experience, and client outcomes.
Educational Qualifications:
- Learning & Development;
- Organizational Development;
- Education or related field
Experience Requirements:
- 5–8 years' experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development.
- Minimum 3 years in a strategic partnering, business partnering, or consulting role.
- Experience supporting operational business units.
- Experience designing and implementing learning strategies.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships at management and senior leadership levels.
