About the Role:

In this strategic role, you will be the vital link between their Human Resources department and business leaders, driving organisational success through innovative HR initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Tackle complex employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead talent management, from acquisition to development, ensuring they have the best talent.
- Champion change initiatives, guiding the organisation through transformation.
- Utilise HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions and improve workforce trends.
- Develop a deep understanding of their business to align HR and business objectives.
Who You Are:
- A holder of Matric or Grade 12 (with ‘C’ grade or higher in first language English).
- A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources.
- An experienced professional with 5 years in HR, including 2 years as a Business Partner.
- Skilled in performance management, HR best practices, and labour legislation.
- A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and results-oriented, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
