We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager (GM) who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, staff leadership, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The GM leads the management team and staff to achieve operational excellence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (front and back of house)
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, sales forecasts, and cost controls
- Analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements
- Control labor and food costs
- Implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability
Team Leadership & Human Resources
- Train, and develop staff
- Schedule employees and manage labor efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Address employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent guest service standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
- Build relationships with regular guests and the community
- Maintain brand standards and reputation
