We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Hospitality Assistant to support our expanding portfolio of short-term rental properties, guest services and general daily support to all divisions. This role is available immediately and requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of guest accommodations, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining our standards of excellence.
- Oversee team management, training, and scheduling to ensure effective operations across all properties.
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and problem resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor property maintenance and cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to drive occupancy and maximize profitability.
Requirements:
